Constructive Feedback Criticism is given exclusively in a direct 1:1 exchange and always in a positive, solution-oriented manner. Public shaming or inappropriate discussions within the group are not part of our culture. Empathy is king.

Sharing Knowledge & Providing a Platform We use existing platforms such as the monthly AI Future Council, Masterclasses and the "Learn and Go" format to share knowledge and present ideas. Those who wish to showcase something should align with the community – we are happy to support and promote you.

Fairness, Confidentiality & Trust We respect intellectual property, confidentiality, and avoid direct competition within the community. Our goal is not to outcompete each other but to grow together through collaboration.
